Hello, my name is Megan Stayton. I am very excited to be at Little Flower teaching 1st grade. This will be my 5th year in this position, but have held other positions in the school for the past 11 years. I look forward to watching your children grow this year.
First grade is an exciting year because it is super easy to see learning happen. Your child will come home daily telling you all sorts of stories, something new that they learned, what an amazing friend they were today, or that they are interested in a new topic. I'm sure you have seen this at home; it is cool to see in both places throughout the year.

married for 22 years. I have 4 children 21 ( Radiology program at IUPUI), 17 (Senior), 14 (9th) and 12(6th). I have 1 brother and 2 sisters. I have 2 dogs, 1 cat and a bearded dragon.
