Social Studies: Unit 3 Chapters 6 and 7  American Revolution They have the study guide, dates and essay questions.  Test will be Monday, December 16

 

 Social Studies:  Each week the students will read a CNN article, and they will write a summary, opinion and decide which Catholic Social Justice Theme applies to the article.  This assignment will be on Google Classroom. It is due every Monday at 8:00 am.                                  

 

Religion:  Unit 1 Mystery of the Church:  A Closer Look at the Church: Models of the Church

Father Bob’s Test will be Wednesday, December 11.

December 9-13

 

 We will be going to St. Vincent de Paul Food Pantry Tuesday, December 17.   I have enough drivers for this Field Trip. We will leave around 8:15 and return after 2:00.  The students need to bring a sack lunch and drink. They are to wear jeans and Little Flower shirts and sweatshirts.  If you are driving on the Field Trip you need a copy of your driver’s license and proof of insurance in the office.

 

Service Hours: For the 2nd 9 weeks is due  Wednesday, December, 18

Jupiter:  Please check Jupiter grades weekly.

Saturday, February 8:  Senior Prom 5:30- 9:30 pm  All Students must attend

Friday, April 10:  Good Friday (Living Stations)  8th grade students dismissal is 2:00pm

Friday, May 1:  May Crowning Mass 8th grade, Class Picture, and Donuts with parents after Mass

Saturday, May 16 to Wednesday, May 20:  Washington D.C.

Thursday, May 21:8th grade picnic

Friday, May 22:  8th grade Luncheon and 8th grade walk out

Tuesday, May 26:  8th grade graduation:  Mass at 6:00 be at school by 5:30 pm
