In 5th grade you can expect: differentiated lessons to meet the needs of each child, use of technology to enhance learning, real-world math lessons to prepare students for the future, lessons incorporating the Seven Themes of Catholic Social Teachings, and a classroom full of acceptance, respect, love, and laughter.
I have been teaching for 6 years and this is my 5th year in fifth grade. I have been at Little Flower for all six years and I love the sense of community that it has. In February of 2020, I completed my Masters in School Administration from Indiana Wesleyan with the plans to one day become a school principal. I absolutely love teaching math and helping students to find joy in it.
