Welcome to my class!  I am beginning my 20th year teaching.  I love to read and spend my out-of-school-time reading, singing, baking, and taking photos.  I like to create a cozy vibe in my classroom with scents and lighting. 

 I love all things Yoda, Scooby Doo, and Friends! My favorite quote is “Do or do not, there is no try.” with "We were on a break!" coming in a close second!

My favorite book is A Christmas Carol, and I love going to concerts!  I have two sons, two bonus daughters, and two chickens.

This will be my second year teaching middle school science.  I am very excited to integrate many hands-on experiments and activities to fully engage my students and ignite their passion for learning!
