Welcome to Mr. Davis' Art Room Page!
My name is Mr. Davis and I am over the moon to be able to help LF students express themselves through art this year! Becoming the Art Teacher at my home parish is truly a dream come true. I have been drawing since I could pick up a pencil (I guess it was probably a crayon now that I think about it:). Working with children has always been a passion of mine, and something I have done in some capacity since I was a young man myself.
I live with my beautiful wife Liz in Greenfield. Together we have 11 children! Mercades, our oldest is out of the house, and our oldest son Dean is entering Marion in the fall to start his journey of becoming a priest. The rest are at Scecina (Dot, Sky, Joe, Frank and Rain) and Little Flower (Violet, and Hazel). We also have two babies, Jude and Jaden. My favorite artist is Jackson Pollock, as I love for the audience to be able to see whatever they want in artwork. You can really get lost in his work.
Your student may also know me as "Ryan the Lion", as I work with Silly Safaris when not teaching art. I am so excited to create with your children!
