Little Flower students in Kindergarten through 8th grade engage in a STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering, Math) program called Project Lead The Way. Scecina currently uses the Biomedical coursework of this program and has had great success with it. The program provides curricular kits, 4 each in grades K-5, and multiple options for middle school and high school. Each kit provides materials, hands-on problems/projects for students, and instructional guidance and professional development for teachers. As their website states:
